Overview
From 2020-21, we partnered with NPA to develop a comprehensive marketing campaign to promote Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
Research & Discovery
Our team conducted 14 In-depth interviews with PACE program staff members, a competitive analysis, a communications audit, and an internal survey to understand the marketing and messaging challenges the campaign needed to address.
Strategy
The research findings influenced development of the campaign theme: Living at Home: Your Goal, Our Priority; a comprehensive marketing and messaging style guide; a customizable toolkit, and more.
Results
PACE programs throughout the country are using the customizable campaign materials to promote their services, providing consistent messaging and branding for the organizations.
