Gavilan & Associates partnered with GRAPHEK to conduct a full-scale rebranding for NBOA. The rebrand was designed to grow membership, build pride in members, and drive membership engagement.
Our team conducted extensive research, including In-depth Interviews with staff and members and a comprehensive quantitative survey. This research ensured that solid data and insights backed every decision.
Strategy
The research findings influenced a complete rebranding, including a new logo and look and feel. In addition, our team prepared a multi-channel, year-long brand launch plan, created The NBOA Difference theme for the brand graphics, and wrote an extensive messaging platform to support the new brand.
Results
Today, NBOA has successfully applied the brand and messaging to their marketing communication tools, a testament to the success of our rebranding efforts. This success has not only better engaged their audiences but also reassured them of the strength and confidence of the NBOA brand.
